Alan Taylor

Alan Taylor, the founding partner, is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
 
Alan has over forty years experience, primarily in the area of commercial litigation and arbitration. He has extensive international experience, having worked on disputes in Hong Kong, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the US, New Zealand, Malaysia, Russia, Ukraine, Italy and the Middle East. He has a wealth of knowledge in banking and financial services litigation, including documentary credits. Alan is a member of the Supreme Court User Committee and an experienced Privy Council agent. He has experience in advising in extradition issues.
 
Alan is a former president of the New Zealand Society. Out of  the office, he enjoys cycling, playing the euphonium and spending time with his family.
